人才银行是一个人才“中转站”。在尚未落实流向的单位时，输入人员作为银行的“常住户”储存起来，一旦用人单位需要，再从银行“提取”。

这家人才银行建于1988年以前。

The first talent bank of China is ‘Shanghai Scientists and Engineers Talent Bank'(Before 1988). The talent bank was a transfer site. The talents might deposit their resumes into the bank when they were in unemployment as a saving form. They would be employed by a company or an organizations later as withdrawals form.
